Pantone (PMS) references are honoured where the substrate and decoration method allow. Where an exact match is not achievable on a given material, we say so at quote stage rather than at delivery.
Pre-production samples are supplied on request for approval before a run is committed. Where a solicitation requires samples with the bid or at pre-award survey, they are provided at our expense and marked to the solicitation number.
Standard production runs 10 to 15 business days from artwork approval, depending on item and decoration method. Rush production is available on many items at additional cost. Firm lead times are confirmed per quote, not estimated after the fact.
Goods ship directly from the supplier or decorator to your delivery address. We do not hold stock, which keeps cost down and avoids handling damage.
Vector artwork preferred (AI, EPS, PDF). We will work from what you have and flag anything that will not reproduce cleanly at the required size before production, not after.
We buy through established wholesale distributors that sell only to the trade, and decorate at source or locally.
National apparel and promotional-products houses supplying blank and decorated goods to the trade, with direct shipment to the end customer.
Local screen printing and embroidery for short runs, rush turnarounds, reorders and anything the national suppliers will not take.
Why this matters for a public buyer: production capacity is not limited by our own equipment. Volume, rush work and unusual items are absorbed by the supply chain rather than becoming your delay.
