Ways to buy from us

We are set up to be easy to buy from at any size, from a single event order upward.

Quotation. Send the item list and quantities; we return unit and extended pricing in the format you need, priced line by line.
Informal solicitation and RFQ. We respond to every line item in a lot, on the forms provided, in the format specified.
Formal bid. Full bid packages including required certifications, signature pages and payment schedules.
Direct purchase order. Where your purchasing rules permit a direct award at low value, we can be set up as a vendor and invoiced against a PO.

Insurance

Commercial general liability is bound on award, in the normal course, ahead of contract execution. Evidence of insurability is available at bid stage.
